NT Community Guidelines

Effective date: October 22, 2026. Document version: 1.

NT is operated by NT Tree, Los Angeles, California. Contact: nttreellc@gmail.com. These guidelines support the Terms of Service and apply to member profiles, photos, meetups you create, reviews, social features, and participation in events. Hosts have corresponding duties under the Host Terms.

NT has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content or behavior that breaks these guidelines is removed, and people who post it or behave abusively can be removed from NT.

Be honest and age-eligible

You must be 18 or older to join. Give your real birth date and accurate profile information, and meet the event's eligibility requirements. Alcohol events are 21 and over. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent an event, or create accounts to evade moderation, removal, or promotional limits. NT relies on self-reported age; a profile or invite code does not mean identity or background checks were completed.

Use clear profile photos of yourself, with your face visible and without other people, contact information, or text overlays. Do not upload someone else's photo as your own. Event photos may show the activity or venue; they must be appropriate, clear, and used with permission. Photos can appear immediately after upload and are subject to later review and removal.

Respect people and boundaries

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, sexually pressure, or engage in hateful or unlawfully discriminatory conduct. Respect another person's decision not to talk, date, drink, be photographed, or share contact information. Do not post explicit sexual material, violent or hateful content, exploitative content, threats, or content involving the sexual exploitation of minors. Do not bring underage participants to an NT event or provide alcohol to anyone under 21.

Do not share another person's private details, screenshots of a participant list, or a restricted venue address without permission. Seeing someone's profile, nickname, or photo in NT is for meeting through NT; it is not permission to advertise, scrape profiles, or pursue unwanted contact. Do not use follows, "Meet again," or meetup invitations to pressure or spam people. Respect blocks and host-removal restrictions.

Create meetups responsibly

If you create a member meetup, describe it accurately, choose a lawful public place that suits the activity, show up as planned, and cancel in the app if plans change. Member meetups are free; do not ask participants to pay you or anyone else. Do not use a meetup to sell products, recruit for a business, or pursue dating against people's wishes.

Keep bookings and payments honest

Do not run scams, request off-platform payment to bypass NT booking, make false attendance claims, or manipulate reviews and reports. Read event details before booking. Cancel in the app if you cannot attend; leaving an event or telling a host you cannot come does not itself cancel a booking. Late cancellation and no-show rules are in the Terms and the booking screen.

Hosts must describe events accurately, manage guests fairly, record attendance honestly, and follow their cancellation and payout obligations. No one may demand a positive review, retaliate over a report, or offer a false review in exchange for a refund.

Report, block, and stay safe

Use the app's report controls for fake profiles, harassment, inappropriate photos or reviews, underage accounts, scams, misleading events, absent hosts, and other safety concerns. You can block any member or host from their profile; once blocked, you no longer see each other's profiles or meetups. Contact nttreellc@gmail.com if a control is unavailable. Provide relevant facts; do not include unnecessary bank information, identity documents, or other people's private information. A booking dispute is the separate route for an event-related credit decision, and a safety report alone does not refund a booking.

The NT team reviews every report and acts on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, by removing the content and, where appropriate, suspending or permanently removing the user who posted it. NT may also cancel an event, restrict an account, or take another appropriate action under the Terms. Contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken. Reporting is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, call emergency services and leave the situation if you can do so safely.

Privacy and enforcement

Reports are handled by authorized NT team members and are never published. We do not reveal the reporter's identity to the reported person, although circumstances or information needed to investigate can reveal who reported an incident. See the Privacy Policy for uses, disclosures, and retention. Do not assume that a posted photo, visible review, or active account has been pre-screened or endorsed by NT.
